I am a senior account manager at bClear. My role is is to serve as the primary point of contact between bClear and its clients. I am responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client expectations, and ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs.

I oversee the day-to-day operations of client accounts,  while working closely with bClear’s leadership to set strategic priorities and drive growth.

I studied English language and literature, before pursuing a marketing career in the hospitality industry. I spent more than 20 years in the Middle East working for restaurant and hotel groups. I have always had an admiration for the power of PR in an integrated marketing campaign and often felt the draw to move from client-side to agency. My experience has been pretty varied, working with B2B and B2C clients across hospitality, food & beverage, e-sports, private equity, tech, biopharma, charity, property and construction, and online education.

Great marketing campaigns, clever advertising, and advancements in technology. I’m driven by a passion for problem-solving and a desire to deliver meaningful results for clients. When I’m inspired, I approach work with a sense of purpose and determination.

I enjoy building and developing strong client relationships – I like gaining trust and becoming a strategic partner for a client. I enjoy seeing the impact of agency work. I enjoy collaboration, being part of a team and sharing experiences with others – seeing a team grow and succeed is very rewarding. Finally, the constant learning – PR is a dynamic and constantly evolving field. I enjoy staying on top of the latest trends and best practices, while constantly learning and growing.

When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family – I have two young boys. I like to travel and explore new places. I also like my sport, especially my team, Liverpool.
