In the eight years of working together bClear has generated over 10,000 pieces of coverage for Just Mortgages.
Just Mortgages increased its broker numbers to 160 within one-year of working with bClear, exceeding its target by 17%. It now has more than 600 brokers and staff retention has increased dramatically. Just Mortgages puts a significant amount of this down to the raised awareness of the brand due to bClear’s strategic PR.
The launch of the self-employed broker division has been a run-away success that now has 475 brokers – achieved in just six years.
Since working with bClear Just Mortgages has trebled its mortgage lending from £1.2bn in 2016 to £4.5bn in 2022.
In one month alone, after one year of PR with bClear Communications, Just Mortgages received 1,115 spontaneous CVs from brokers wishing to join its company.
Prior to appointing bClear, Just Mortgages spent £70,000 on recruitment fees, but thanks to both on and offline PR, it’s spend reduced to just £8,000 on recruiting advisers in the following year
