Landbay is a specialist buy-to-let fintech mortgage lender that was looking to boost brand awareness and raise its profile amongst three distinct audiences: institutional investors, mortgage brokers and landlord borrowers.

It wanted bClear to grow both recognition for Landbay as a brand and grow demand for its mortgages amongst brokers.

It also wants to be positioned as a partner for institutional investors which want direct access to prime UK buy-to-let mortgages.

Landbay aims to be recognised as the ‘go-to’ funding partner amongst brokers for the private rental sector and a leader in customer services providing better ways to lend on buy-to-let mortgages.

March 2021 was the best month to date for coverage with six press releases, two articles, three comments and three mentions achieving a total of 368 pieces of coverage.


Social media activity dramatically increased in the first five months of 2021 with a 67% rise in new LinkedIn followers and a 6,000% rise in new Twitter followers.
